Biography
Xinrong Zhang received his BS and MS degree in chemistry from Shaanxi Normal University (Xi’an, China) in 1982 and 1985, respectively. He received his Ph.D. degree from Ghent University (Belgium) in 1997. He has been a professor in Tsinghua University since 1998.
His current research is focused on analytical methodology of optical / mass spectrometry and their application, especially the methods for single cell analysis.
